What data is processed
Your phone number, your name or company name, and any other information you voluntarily share in the conversation: the occasion, order parameters, delivery address. We do not request special categories of personal data and ask that you do not send them.

Answering your enquiry, preparing a commercial proposal and a price calculation, agreeing the artwork and the composition of the set, placing and fulfilling the order, and subsequent communication about that order.
Legal basis and method
The basis is your consent, expressed by a specific action (sending a message). Processing is carried out both with and without automated means and is limited to collection, recording, storage, correction, use and deletion of the data.
Disclosure to third parties

Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time — by a message to the same WhatsApp number. Processing then stops, except for data we are required by law to retain.

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request its correction, restriction or erasure, and to lodge a complaint about the operator with the competent data protection authority.
