Public offer
This document is an offer to conclude a contract for the manufacture and supply of confectionery with bespoke presentation.
1. Subject
The seller manufactures and delivers confectionery — chocolate and assortments of pralines — with bespoke packaging: a logo, corporate identity or themed design agreed between the parties. The range, tier, packaging material, composition of the set and quantity are set out in a specification agreed by the parties.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is deemed concluded once the parties have agreed the specification and the artwork in writing and the buyer has paid the agreed amount. Agreement is reached through WhatsApp correspondence or by any other written means.
3. Price and payment
The price is determined individually and depends on the tier, the composition of the set, the packaging material, the complexity of the presentation and the quantity. The applicable price is communicated by the seller in response to an enquiry and recorded in the specification. Payment terms and deadlines are agreed when the order is placed.
4. Artwork and approval
The buyer supplies the materials for the presentation (logo, images, texts) and warrants that it holds the rights to use them. The seller bears no liability for infringement of third-party rights committed by the buyer in supplying such materials. Production follows the artwork approved by the buyer in writing.
5. Lead time and handover
The production lead time is agreed when the order is placed and depends on the quantity and the complexity of the presentation. The method of handover (collection, delivery, handover to a representative) is agreed between the parties.
6. Quality and returns
The products are manufactured in accordance with the applicable food requirements and are accompanied by information on composition and shelf life. Products of proper quality made to the buyer's individual order are not subject to return or exchange. Quality complaints are accepted if raised within a reasonable time of receipt.
7. Liability and disputes
The parties bear liability in accordance with applicable law. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of the seller's place of business.
8. Final provisions
The seller may amend the terms of this offer; amendments take effect upon publication on the site and do not apply to orders already agreed. The current version is always available on this page.
